Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and adventure-minded person to join our mining exploration team as Administrative Clerk / Human Resources in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region.

Reporting to the General Manager – Canada, this position works within the Administration and Human Resources team. They will be responsible for creating files for new employees, students and trainees, managing memberships and changes to group insurance, and managing membership applications and pension plan changes. They will make changes to employee personal data files and follow up on changes.

Education, experience and qualifications

  • Diploma: Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Business or any other training deemed relevant;
  • Required experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in secretarial, administrative or related fields;
  • Special skills: Have relevant experience with personnel management systems; Proficiency in Office Suite software;
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an important asset.
